This is a REonomy.com exclusive. We have designated the email address mobile@Reonomy.com

in the subject line. Reonomy.com sends the property report for the requested address
to your cell phone and puts a status note in the user’s My HQ page to check on the
property later. Phones should be set to receive links in HTML format for optimal
performance.
How do I use the 3D Map functions?
Finding a Property
Enter the address in the Quick Search menu bar for the map to focus on.
Property Listings
If there are any listing associated with the selected property, this section will
display a brief summary of the available space.
Advanced Search
This tool is used to display multiple listings within the map area. You may also
create a detailed search if you have a specific criterion for listings to be displayed.
3D Map Options
Click 3D map on the upper right hand corner of the map. If you have not installed
the most recent version of Microsoft Virtual Earth you will be prompted to do so.
This process is only necessary once unless there is an update. Once the 3D map loads
simply right click on the roof of any property to retrieve its summary. If you wish
to view the full property report or listing, place the mouse cursor over the pushpin
and click “View Property” While in 3D mode the map can apply the actual renderings
of buildings, this is done by clicking “Arial View”
3D Comparative Bulk Study
While the pop up for a property is being displayed, click on the zoning option you
wish Virtual Earth to render and load a 3d model on. These models are for illustrative
purposes and an architect should be used to create an actual bulk study.
What is a comparative bulk study?
This tool is a REonomy.com exclusive. We have simplified the zoning laws of New
York City in order to give a visual depiction of the approximate building size that
can be built on any selected property parcel.
What are public and private networks?
A public network is like a group anyone can join. The group could be any topic a
member wishes to create for people who wish to comment and share thoughts on the
topic of the group. The creators of the group have the ability to message all of
the users in his/her group as well. A private network works just like the public
network. However, a user must be invited by the creator. This could be used as mini
intranets to share information amongst colleagues.
