Since the company’s founding in 2013, Sarkis has been instrumental in raising $128 million in venture capital and led Reonomy through a successful web-platform launch in New York City, as well as the launch of a second nationwide platform in 2017.

Maureen Teyssier is Chief Data Scientist at Reonomy, a property intelligence company. Previously, Maureen worked at Enigma, where she worked closely with commercial engineering teams to solve analytical challenges for clients in the Fortune 50 and public sectors. Before she began her career in Data, Teyssier was an astrophysicist, graduating from Columbia University with a Ph.D. in Computational Astrophysics.
CIO and Global Head of Real Estate Tech Intelligence
Ashkán Zandieh is the Chief Intelligence Officer and Global Head of Real Estate Tech Intelligence at CREtech, Founder of RE:Tech (Acquired), and Founder of PROPERTYIDX. Ashkán plays an integral role in the development and implementation of the global research strategy, content, and business plan at CREtech. A real estate tech veteran, the role was the result of an M&A between CREtech and RE: Tech, the research-advisory company Ashkán founded in 2012.

As Partner and Chief Information Officer, Adrian Mercado is responsible for the strategic development of B6’s technology platform. Additionally, Mr. Mercado also oversees the research department and is responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s insights strategy. Before B6 Real Estate Advisors, Adrian was the Founder and Principal of Alero Advisors, an advisory firm focused on data strategies in the real estate technology sector. At Alero Advisors, Adrian worked with real estate brokerages and technology companies to create data strategies and conducted product research. Before Alero Advisors, Adrian was the Head of Product for Urbint, a data intelligence company focused on helping cities become more resilient through machine learning. At Urbint, Mr. Mercado was responsible for the overall research, design and implementation of data products across Urbint’s offering.
