Reonomy CMBS Financial Data Update
Reonomy's most recent enhancement adds property-level financial performance to CMBS loans, helping users assess risk, evaluate collateral, and spot opportunities without piecing together data from multiple sources.
What Changed
We've added a dedicated Financial Details tab to CMBS loan properties, alongside the loan information already available in Reonomy. It shows the income, expenses, and cash flow behind each CMBS loan.
The Financial Details tab includes:
Occupancy rate
Revenue
Operating expenses
NOI (net operating income)
NCF (net cash flow)
DSCR (debt service coverage ratio)

The tab is available to all Reonomy users and appears automatically when you view a property with a CMBS loan. It works alongside Reonomy's comparable sales, ownership, transaction history, and market data to help create a more complete view of the property, the loan, and the opportunity.
What You'll Notice
1. One View of Performance and Debt
Property-level financials sit alongside loan details, so you can assess how a property is performing without leaving Reonomy.
2. Earlier Risk Signals
Occupancy, cash flow, and DSCR help you spot properties under financial stress sooner.
3. Opportunities Before They Reach the Market
Declining occupancy, declining revenue, or a DSCR below 1.25x can be early signs of distress or value-add potential, giving you a reason to reach out to owners or lenders early.
4. Better Context
CMBS financials work alongside Reonomy's ownership, company, property, transaction, and portfolio intelligence to create a more connected view of opportunities.
We Want Your Feedback
This update is one step in a broader series of improvements being made across Reonomy. Customer feedback continues to play an important role in helping us improve the user experience.
If you notice improvements in your workflows, or identify opportunities for future enhancements, we'd love to hear from you.
