Commercial real estate software for sourcing deals and reaching owners
Search U.S. commercial properties, see who owns them and build outreach lists from your browser. Reonomy covers 54M+ properties with ownership, sales, debt and contact data, so your team can find the deal and the decision-maker in the same place.

Software built for the research step of commercial real estate
Reonomy is commercial real estate software for finding properties, identifying their owners and contacting them. Most CRE software is built to run a property after the deal closes: leases, rent rolls, maintenance and accounting. Reonomy is used before the deal, when a broker, investor, lender or service provider needs to know which buildings fit their criteria and who to call about them.
It runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install. Teams search, review and export from the same account, then work the results in the CRM or outreach tools they already use.
How teams use Reonomy day to day:
Set search criteria such as location, asset type, building size, year built, ownership tenure and debt, with 200+ filters to choose from
Open any property to review its sales, mortgage and lien history, occupants and ownership
Look past the LLC on the deed to the people and parent companies behind it
Pull phone, email and mailing contacts, ranked by how likely each one is to reach the owner
Export properties and contacts as a list for your CRM or outreach tools

What's inside the software
Three tools that cover property search, ownership and outreach
Search 54M+ commercial properties with 200+ criteria
Start with a market, a property type, an owner name or a single address, or draw an area on the map. Filters for asset class, square footage, lot size, year built, sale date, loan details, ownership tenure and owner type narrow the results to a working target list instead of every building in a county.
Each property record shows building details, the full sales and debt history and occupant data. The records draw on direct integrations with all 3,100 U.S. county assessors, Secretary of State filings and census data, plus partnerships with Cotality and ICE.

Who uses Reonomy's commercial real estate software?
Reonomy is used by teams whose next deal or job starts with a property owner who has not reached out yet. Four groups make up most of its users.
Commercial brokers
Brokers search their territory for owners who have held a building for a long time or have recent loan activity, check the sale and loan history before a listing pitch and call the owner directly.
Investors
Investors set their buy box in the search filters (market, asset type, size, year built, ownership tenure) and work the owners on the resulting list before the property is marketed. Multifamily investors can filter apartment buildings by unit count, year built and location.
Lenders
Lenders check a property's sales, mortgage and lien records and the borrower's other holdings before they quote a loan. Origination teams use the same filters to find owners with recent loan activity who may be looking to refinance.
Commercial service providers
Commercial service providers in roofing, HVAC, solar and insurance filter by building type, size and age to find buildings that fit their work, then reach the owner who approves the contract.
How is Reonomy different from other commercial real estate software?
Commercial real estate software falls into a few groups, and most firms use more than one. Property management software handles leases, rent collection and maintenance for buildings a firm already owns or manages. Asset and portfolio management software tracks how existing investments perform. CRMs store contacts and deal stages. Listing marketplaces show what is for sale or lease right now.
Reonomy covers the step before any of those: finding properties that fit, whether or not they are listed, and identifying who owns them. That makes it a sourcing tool for off-market deals and new business. Teams usually pair it with their CRM, using Reonomy to build and qualify lists and the CRM to manage the follow-up.
