To save time and remain in-the-know, you’ll find an excess of commercial real estate podcasts you can turn to on your favorite streaming service. Here, we’ll introduce what we see as some of the best commercial real estate podcasts for brokers and investors.

America’s Commercial Real Estate Show


Michael Bull’s podcast, called America’s Commercial Real Estate Show, sets the standard for commercial real estate podcasts and video channels. This podcast has been broadcasting for nearly a decade.

It aims to help motivated real estate brokers, investors, leasing agents, and other professionals increase their income and gain new insights into the world of CRE sales and investments. Bull and his guests tackle all things real estate, from marketing tips for brokers, current economic trends, and real estate law. And he does it all in a way that’s friendly and enlightening.

PropTech Podcast


This is a great podcast for tech-savvy (and even not-so-savvy) commercial real estate agents, developers, and investors. The PropTech Podcast (recently re-named the Unissu Podcast) focuses on the ever-changing world of “property technology,” innovations that make buying, selling, leasing, and managing property more convenient.

Specifically, the PropTech Podcast delves into the ways technology transforms commercial real estate transactions. Host Eddie Holmes blends his commercial real estate experience with his technological expertise to create a podcast that focused squarely on the future of CRE.

On each episode of the Real Estate REality Check Podcast, Haber interviews leaders in real estate, successful entrepreneurs, and others who share their insights into what makes a successful business. Topics range from tax considerations to real estate agent advice and how to use technology to make running a business easier. Everyone in the real estate business, from agents to contractors, will learn something useful.

One of the longest-running commercial real estate podcasts on our list, The Real Estate Guys™ Radio Show has been entertaining and advising audiences since 1997. Back then, hosts Robert Helms and Russell Gray had a weekly talk radio show. Now, the podcast version of the show is one of the most downloaded podcasts on iTunes.
