Can I pause my account?
Reonomy subscriptions are based on annual agreements and do not currently support pauses or suspension.
How do I get set up?
Upon signing up for Reonomy, you will receive a text with a link to confirm your account. Once you have confirmed, you will be able to log in directly to the Reonomy platform.
How do I get help?
At any point you can use the resources in our Help Center at help.reonomy.com, click the purple chat bubble in the bottom right corner to connect with a member of our Client Success team, or send an email to email@example.com.
Can I pay monthly?
We have a variety of pricing plans available to users. Please contact us directly for full details of our current offerings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our contracts are annual commitments, if you would like to cancel before your renewal for the next calendar year, please reach out to our Client Success team.
Do I need to buy a Reonomy license for everyone on my team/in my company?
Reonomy licenses are single seat only and we currently do not support account sharing, but you can add additional licenses to your Reonomy Business account.
